Plan around the length of the session.

A short phone call and an afternoon at a laptop need different furniture. Compare the usable interior, table position and seating space before selecting your model. Allow for the person using it, their equipment and the door opening.

Set up for video calls.

Review the camera position, lighting, background and room available for your screen. Include any monitor or equipment requirements in your configuration. Check the exact electrical specification supplied for your Swedish workplace before approving the order.

Connect the configuration to the building.

Provide the full Swedish address and postcode, receiving floor and the route from unloading to the final position. Goods-lift dimensions, loading limits and delivery bookings belong in the installation plan. The product footprint alone does not describe the space needed to receive and assemble it.
