Include the full address, postcode, receiving floor and site contact. Name who will receive the shipment and the equipment available for unloading. Include vehicle restrictions and loading-area booking requirements.
Confirm where each service starts and ends.
Check where the shipment is handed over and who handles unloading, internal movement and assembly. These are separate tasks whose agreed scope belongs in the complete quote. A freight charge should not be assumed to include every task inside the building.
